Professor Christmas explores Christmas through literature, history, traditions, folklore, and storytelling — for readers, families, and lifelong learners who believe the season becomes more magical the more we understand it.

The creator of Professor Christmas has spent a lifetime pursuing three passions: Christmas, literature, and learning. Every holiday story, tradition, and custom seemed to open the door to another question — and another fascinating discovery.
Finding the history behind a favorite story or carol meant piecing together dozens of scattered sources. What she truly wanted was immersion — one place where the stories could live together.
So she built it: a thoughtfully curated home where literature, history, traditions, culture, storytelling, and seasonal learning all meet.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with minors in Literature and Writing, two master’s degrees, and graduate-level certifications in technology and communication fields. That blend of literary training, educational design, and research is what turns complex history into warm, accessible storytelling.
At the heart of it all is a simple belief: the more we understand Christmas, the more meaningful and magical it becomes.
When she’s not chasing literary rabbit holes or adding to her Christmas book collection, she’s celebrating the season with her favorite person in the world — her daughter.
The library is open, and new explorations are added throughout the year. Start with a question you’ve always wondered about — and see where it leads.
